Since being established in 2004, Titan York has become a major player in the commercial real estate industry. Our primary focus is on representing commercial tenants exclusively. This approach sets us apart from many of the other brokerages as we are able to provide truly conflict-free advice; as well as being able to provide a value-added service that essentially acts as our client’s “in house” real estate department. Our group of sales representatives led by President and Broker of Record, Aaron Graben, are able to provide a full service approach to commercial real estate. Titan York brokerage was developed around the desire to help commercial tenants maximise their time and real estate dollars by ensuring that they get the right advice. That way they can maintain focus where it most needed, running a business.

Located in the heart of mid town Toronto, we are strategically located to service all of the GTA, and the rest of Ontario. Our local knowledge and existing relationships with Landlords allows us to provide service for your business.

None of these goals would be obtainable if it were not for our carefully selected group of Tenant advisors. With each sales representative coming from a diverse educational and professional background, everyone in the company can utilize each other’s skill sets and function as a whole team with a vast skill set, as opposed to working in isolation, limiting available knowledge and abilities.

Although clients are represented by a particular Tenant Advisor*, knowing that each employee has the full support of all the other advisors and brokerage resources, gives our clients a great deal of confidence. We act as your team, your advisors, your tool to level the field when dealing with landlords and executing real estate transactions.
